All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses that result in a return or loss will not be refunded. A re-delivery fee may apply for reshipments.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your local post office, building management, or neighbors first. If it cannot be located, contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date, and we’ll assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
