We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 365-day return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unopened and in original condition
• Return must be requested within 365 days of delivery
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless product is defective

2. How to Request a Return

Email us at support@neuroprimelabs.pl with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order if desired.
